That's the most common starting point. Most clients come to me knowing something is wrong — not knowing what to do about it. Tell me what's frustrating you. I'll figure out the rest and tell you what I'd do and what it costs before we commit to anything.

Short call or message to understand the problem. I come back with what I'd do and the fixed price. You say yes or no — no pressure. If yes, I get to work. Most Quick Fixes are done within a week. Bigger projects take 3–5 weeks and you're kept informed throughout.

No. I explain everything in plain language — no jargon. You tell me the problem the way you'd describe it to someone at a dinner table. I handle the technical side completely. You just need to be reachable to answer a few questions and give feedback.

Usually yes. I work with WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify and most common platforms. If your current site is genuinely too broken or limiting, I'll tell you honestly — with a reason — before suggesting anything new.

Nothing. The first call is free, always. You describe what's wrong, I tell you what I'd do and what it costs. You decide whether to go ahead. I don't do pressure, and I don't do vague quotes — everything is fixed price before we start.

I only take on projects I'm confident I can deliver. If something doesn't work as expected, I fix it — that's included. I'm not going anywhere after the invoice is paid. You'll always have someone to come back to.
