Dolce-Digital-VA and Voice Blueprint are commercial brands operated by Sonja Laser.
2. Scope
The services offered are exclusively intended for professionals acting within the scope of their commercial, freelance, artisan, liberal, or independent activity.
By placing an order, the client confirms they are acting in a professional capacity.
3. Description of Service
Voice Blueprint is a personalized digital service created based on the client’s responses to an online questionnaire.
The service can only begin once the completed questionnaire has been received.
4. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros.
VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
5. Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe and PayPal.
The order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
6. Service Execution
After payment, the client receives a link to the questionnaire.
The client agrees to provide all necessary information required to perform the service.
If the questionnaire is not completed, the service cannot be executed and no refund will be granted.
7. Intellectual Property
All delivered materials remain protected by copyright.
The client is granted a non-transferable, internal-use license for their professional activity.
Resale, redistribution, or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
No guarantee is made regarding business results derived from the use of the delivered materials.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Paris.
In case of discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
